  Proponemos el caso clínico de una mujer de mediana edad que ingresa en el servicio de urgencias del Hospital Miguel Servet traída a la fuerza por su hija según refiere esta última por la aparición de alucinaciones en una paciente en tratamiento por depresión.

  La paciente será valorada en urgencias y tras el paso por sala de observación ingresará en la planta de psiquiatría, tras valoración por parte de los profesionales de psiquiatría de dicho hospital.

  We propose the clinical case of a middle-aged woman who is admitted to the emergency department of the Miguel Servet Hospital, forcibly brought by her daughter, according to the latter, due to the appearance of hallucinations in a patient undergoing treatment for depression.

  The patient will be evaluated in the emergency room and after passing through the observation room, she will be admitted to the psychiatry ward, after evaluation by the psychiatric professionals of said hospital.
