    Se investigó la trascendencia de las medidas de protección emanadas de los Juzgados de Paz, en casos de violencia presentadas en el ámbito doméstico y de protección integral de la mujer, para ello se utilizó como metodología la compilación legislativa, doctrinaria y jurisprudencial nacional y comparativa internacional, específicamente el análisis documental, durante los años 2018 al 2020. El órgano encargado de ordenar las medidas de protección es el Juzgado de Paz, que se encuentra en cada localidad a nivel país. El titular del derecho (victima) la ejerce a través de leyes especiales, como la Ley 1600/2000 “Contra la Violencia Domestica” y la Ley 5777/16 “De Protección Integral a las Mujeres, contra toda forma de Violencia”. Se concluyó demostrando la importancia del trabajo realizado por los Juzgados de Paz, al momento de ordenar las medidas de protección, para la inmensa cantidad de víctimas que lo solicitan, y así evitar mayores agresiones a las víctimas.

    The objective of this research was the transcendence of the protective measures issued by Justices of the Peace in cases of domestic violence and the integral protection of women. To undertake this methodology based on the compilation of both national and comparative international legislative, doctrinal and jurisprudence evidence was used, specifically an analysis of documentary sources from the years 2018-2020. It is the Justice of the Peace who is in charge of ordering protective measures and who is located in each locality at a country level. The owner of the right to protection (the victim) exercises this right through special laws, such as Law 1600/2000 "Against domestic violence" and Law 5777/16 "On the comprehensive protection of women, against all forms of Violence." This paper concludes by demonstrating the importance of the Justices of the Peace work in ordering protective measures through the immense number of victims who request them, so avoiding further attacks on themselves.
