Estrategias para el desarrollo ecoturístico en la subregión sur del Magdalena, Cesar y Bolívar

    En el presente artículo se muestra la aplicación de un enfoque de potencialidades de desarrollo en la subregión de los departamentos de Magdalena, César y Bolívar. La aplicación del enfoque es al desarrollo ecoturístico de seis municipios de la citada región. La metodología es mixta, en un marco dialógico. Los resultados permitirán elaborar propuestas tendientes a identificar el patrimonio tangible e intangible de la subregión de Magdalena, César y Bolívar, en un marco de glocalización y desarrollo sostenible. Se encuentra la conjugación de dos macrovariables, las propias de la Teoría de Potencialidades de Desarrollo y las otras, correspondientes al turismo ecológico. Se presenta el resultado de la aplicación de una encuesta a 300 personas de seis municipios. Con el resultado obtenido de 2,3; se puede inferir que el ecoturismo no se considera como apuesta productiva para la subregión, considerándose más lo agropecuario y comercial.

    This article shows the application of a development potential approach in the sub-region of the Magdalena, Cesar and Bolívar departments. The application of the approach is to the ecotourism development of six municipalities in that region. The methodology is mixed, in a dialogic framework. The results will allow to develop proposals aimed at identifying the tangible and intangible heritage of the Magdalena, Cesar and Bolívar subregion, within a framework of glocalization and sustainable development. The conjugation of two macrovariables is found, those of the Theory of Development Potentialities and the others, corresponding to Ecotourism. The result of the application of a survey to 300 people from six municipalities is presented. With the result obtained of 2.3; It can be inferred that ecotourism is not considered as a productive bet for the subregion, considering more agriculture and commercial matters
