    En los primeros años de terrorismo de ETA, las víctimas no gozaron, de manera general, de la atención de la sociedad vasca y española. En los últimos años se ha avanzado mucho en el ámbito de la victimología producida por la acción terrorista y en la elaboración de obras que contribuyen a mantener un relato veraz del dolor que experimentaron, y experimentan, las víctimas del terrorismo en un sentido amplio.

    El presente estudio trata de abordar, desde un punto de vista poliédrico, el sufrimiento que ha experimentado un colectivo muy concreto: los menores de edad como víctimas del terrorismo. Un dolor que ha tenido muchas caras, como queda reflejado en el estudio: evidentemente el de los asesinados, pero también el de los nasciturus que la acción terrorista impidió su nacimiento.

    Se contempla también la situación de aquellos que experimentaron el dolor producido por la zarpa terrorista siendo menores, y que los ha acompañado durante el resto de su vida: los huérfanos, los heridos y los que fueron testigos del asesinato de sus progenitores.

    In the first years of ETA terrorism, the victims generally did not have the attention of Basque and Spanish society. In recent years, much progress has been made in the field of victimology produced by terrorist action and in the development of works that contribute to maintaining a truthful account of the pain that victims of terrorism experienced, and do experience in a broad sense.

    This article tries to study the minors as victims of terrorism, and the suffering experienced by this very specific group from several points of view. This pain has many faces: obviously that of the murdered, but also that of the unborn, who the terrorist action avoid their birth.

    It also includes the situation of those who experienced the pain produced by the terrorist paw as minors, and who has accompanied them for the rest of their lives: the orphans, those injured and those who witnessed the murder of their parents.
