    Mujer de 45 años que es trasladada a urgencias por una insuficiencia cardíaca global. Este paciente refiere sensación de ahogo, falta de respiración y tos abundante. La situación actual del paciente es que es ingresado en la planta 1ª de medicina interna del Hospital Miguel Servet de Zaragoza. Una vez se decide ingresar al paciente, el personal de enfermería elabora un PAE para suplir las Necesidades Básicas que ella no pueda suplir. De esta manera, todas sus necesidades básicas serán cubiertas con la colaboración del personal de la planta, sus allegados y ella mismo.

    The current situation of the patient is that he is admitted to the 1th floor of the trauma hospital of the Miguel Servet Hospital in Zaragoza. Once it is decided to admit the patient, the nursing staff prepares a nursing process to take care of the Basic Needs that he cannot reach. In this way, all his basic needs will be covered with the collaboration of the plant staff, his relatives and himself.
