Under a descriptive methodological strand, the "Pedagogy of Autonomy" is explored under the theoretical matrix of Paulo Freire to show the teacher-student relationship in the education context. Shortly thereafter, it records data on violence against the transgender population and their marginalization. Next, it is shown how the artistic pedagogical project "Transvest" fulfills this proposal of transformative education within the reality of the trans population with its bases and specific objectives. We conclude on the viability of the presented theory and the necessity of expansion of projects / NGOs / cursinho as described in the text.

Sob uma vertente metodológica jurídico-crítico-descritiva, explana-se sob a matriz teórica de Paulo Freire, a “Pedagogia da Autonomia”, para mostrar a relação do professor-aluno no contexto educação. Logo após, aduz dados sobre a violência contra a população trans e sua marginalização. Em seguida, mostra-se como que o projeto artístico pedagógico “Transvest” cumpre essa proposta de educação transformadora dentro da realidade da população trans com suas bases e objetivos específicos. Conclui-se sobre a viabilidade da teoria apresentada e da necessidade de expansão de projetos/ONGs/cursinho como o descrito no texto.
