    El presente estudio utilizóuna entrevista grupal como guía metodológica para lograr la interacción y la dinámica en un grupo focal. El objetivo es determinar las opiniones, valoraciones, actitudes y comportamientos de losparticipantes sobre la etapa evaluativa del Proyecto Educativo Institucional. El diseño metodológico se conformóa partir de un estudio descriptivo; secentróen reflejar métodos empíricos como la entrevista y la observación dirigidos a identificar dos tipos de información: las valoraciones y opiniones de los participantes y la interacción grupal que demuestra las actitudes y comportamientos del grupo focal de discusión. Las opiniones y valoraciones demostraronla necesidad depromover espacios de divulgación, el control y monitoreo de las actividades y diseñar indicadores a través de un manual para la evaluación del Proyecto Educativo Institucional. Tambiénse manifestaron actitudes positivas,no se generó tensión o conflictosy el comportamientofueamistoso, respetuoso, participativo y comprometido.

    The current study used a group interview as a methodological guide to achieve interaction and dynamics in a focus group. The objective is to determine the opinions, evaluations, attitudes and behaviors of the participants on the evaluative stage of the Institutional Educational Project. The methodological design was formed from a descriptive study; it was focused on reflecting empirical methods suchas the interview and the observation aimed at identifying two types of information: the evaluations and opinions of the participants and the group interaction that demonstrates the attitudes and behaviors of the focus group discussion. The opinions and evaluations demonstrated the need to promote spaces for dissemination, control and monitoring of activities and design indicators through a manual for the evaluation of the Institutional Educational Project. Positive attitudes were also manifested, no tension or conflicts were generated and the behavior was friendly, respectful, participatory and committed.
