  La Ilustración, se enmarca en un movimiento intelectual cuyo origen radica en Europa durante el siglo XVIII, sus máximos exponentes defendieron el conocimiento y propiciaron profundos cambios culturales, políticos y sociales; por medio de la razón. En tal sentido el objetivo de esta investigación fue analizar ideológicamente las acciones del populismo y la ilustración, mediante un balance conceptual y filosófico. Para ello se realizó una investigación de tipo documental, a través de la revisión teórica de investigaciones científicas relevantes. Se concluye que, extrapolando la Ilustración a tiempos actuales, es un importante agente de cambio y transformación de la organización estatal, para generar la formación de hombres creativos e innovadores, forjando un Estado Ilustrado integrado por gente competitiva, que obedezca a los intereses del colectivo y no a exigencias partidistas y compromisos idealistas, que labore bajo una estructura basada en reglas y leyes imperativas de orden y conducta moral.

  The Enlightenment is part of an intellectual movement whose origin lies in Eu-rope during the eighteenth century, its greatest exponents defended knowledge and brought about profound cultural, political, and social changes; through re-ason. In this sense, the objective of this research was to ideologically Alize the actions of populism and enlightenment, through a conceptual and philosophical balance. To this end, a documentary research was carried out, through the theo-retical review of relevant scientific research. It is concluded that, and trapping the Enlightenment to current times, it is an important agent of change and trans-formation of the state organization, to generate the formation of creative and innovative men, forging an Enlightened State composed of competitive people, who obey the interests of the collective and not to partisan demands and idea-listic commitments, who work under a structure based on rules and imperative laws of order and moral conduct.
