El 19 de febrero de 2020 la Comisión Europea presentó la nueva estrategia del dato y la inteligencia artificial que ha de regir la futura regulación de esta tecnología en la Unión. On 19 February 2020 the European Commission presented its new strategy on data and artificial intelligence strategy that will govern the future regulation of this technology in the Union. This strategy will lead to new European standards, whose effect on citizens and the economy will undoubtedly be very significant. In this article we review the milestones that have led to this moment and the main content of the new strategy.
