El Archivo de la Catedral de València, dentro de su fondo impreso antiguo, conserva tres obras de la biblioteca personal de San Luis Bertrán. Ex libris, notas de propiedad y otros textos manuscritos nos permiten reconstruir la trayectoria seguida desde su presencia en la librería de los dominicos de València o en las celdas de algunos de sus hermanos de religión hasta la donación o adquisición por la Catedral de València. Más allá de su contenido, catalogación y obras propias de un dominico, maestro de novicios, predicador, misionero, de cultura humanística, se analiza también el libro como reliquia y las consecuencias que la guerra del francés y la desamortización tuvieron en las bibliotecas monásticas.

The old printed collection of the Archive of the Cathedral of Valencia preserves three pieces of the personal library of San Luis Bertrán. Ex libris, property notes and other manuscripts allow us to rebuild the trajectory followed from his presence in the library of the Dominicans of València or in the cells of some of his brothers of religion until the donation or acquisition by the Cathedral of València. Beyond its content, cataloguing and works of a Dominican, master of novices, preacher, missionary, of humanistic culture, the book is also analyzed as a relic and the consequences that the war of the French and the disentailment had on the monastic libraries.
