Resumen de O conceito de democracia em Giorgio Agamben e Slavoj Žižek

The article has as central theme the concept of democracy in the political philosophies of Slavoj Žižek and Giorgio Agamben. The diagnoses presented in this article were possible in the light of the research originated by the following problematic: What is the conception of democracy in the political philosophy of Slavoj Žižek and Giorgio Agamben? The general objective of the text is to identify the concept of democracy in the political philosophy of Slavoj Žižek and Giorgio Agamben. The results obtained in the researches were possible by the bibliographical reviews. The database is structured with the primary dynamics, having a qualitative, historical and philosophical approach, since it is a conceptual research, incompatible with numerical statements. As a philosophical current of research, the Dialectical Historical Materialism was used for the investigations on Žižek's thinking and Archeology and Genealogy for investigations of de Agamben's conceptual course. The research reveals a critical diagnosis about the notion of democracy in the contemporary world. Governments that call themselves democratic are illegitimate and unrelated to any practices of democracy simply because of the antinomy of the needs and longings of individuals and populations. Democracy is in this context conceived as a technique of government, as a discourse legitimizing illegitimate governments at the service of contractual guarantees required by the dynamics of the global financial economy.

O artigo possui como temática central o conceito de democracia nas filosofias políticas de Slavoj Žižek e Giorgio Agamben. Os diagnósticos apresentados foram possíveis diante das pesquisas originadas pela problemática: Qual a concepção de democracia na filosofia política de Slavoj Žižek e Giorgio Agamben? O objetivo geral do texto é: identificar o conceito de democracia na filosofia política de Slavoj Žižek e de Giorgio Agamben. Os resultados alcançados nas pesquisas foram possíveis pelas revisões bibliográficas. A base de dados se estrutura com a dinâmica primária, tendo abordagem qualitativa, histórica e filosófica, visto que se trata de uma pesquisa conceitual, incompatível com afirmações numéricas. Como corrente filosófica de pesquisa foi utilizado o Materialismo Histórico Dialético para as investigações acerca do pensamento de Žižek e a Arqueologia e Genealogia para investigações do percurso conceitual de Agamben. A pesquisa revela um diagnóstico crítico diante da noção de democracia na contemporaneidade. Os governos que se anunciam democráticos são ilegítimos e desvinculados de quaisquer práticas de democracia, simplesmente pela antinomia em relação as necessidades e anseios de indivíduos e populações. A democracia é neste contexto concebida como técnica de governo, como discurso de legitimação a serviço das garantias contratuais exigidas pela dinâmica da economia financeirizada global.
