Resumen de Entre a resistência e a submissão à norma: o discurso de e sobre o gênero trans

This work proposes to reflect on the effects of meanings, understood as discourses, that constitute the subjects in their dilemmas of identity affirmations. These dilemmas are related to gender issues when the violence of others denies their condition of existence. The objective is to reflect on the functioning of the senses in the discourses that constitute the subjects that are defined on the basis of a paradigm of subversion and submission, from the imaginaries of the cisgenders on the transgenders that affect the constitution of the transgender as Subjects. From this objective, a proposal is developed to think the theory as a discourse and how its conceptual constructions relate to the performative practices of the Subjects in a process of resistance and submission to the social norms of predominant genres. With the theoretical contribution of the Discourse Analysis initially developed by Michel Pêcheux in France and by Eni Orlandi in Brazil, the article analyzes the discourse of selected discussions in the social media facebook. The analysis allows the understanding of discursive positioning of a transsexual profile in this scheme of resistance to a norm at the same time that it is submitted to this norm in the very operation of the effects of senses that constitute the subjects.

Esse trabalho propõe a reflexão sobre os efeitos de sentidos, entendidos como discursos, que constituem os sujeitos em seus dilemas de afirmações identitárias. Esses dilemas são relacionados às questões de gênero a partir daquilo que se entende ser a violência do outro quando este nega condição de existência dos sujeitos em questão. O objetivo é refletir sobre o funcionamento dos sentidos nos discursos que constituem os sujeitos que se definem com base num paradigma de subversão e submissão, a partir dos imaginários dos cisgêneros sobre o transgêneros que afetam a constituição dos próprios transgêneros como sujeitos. A partir desse objetivo, desenvolve-se uma proposta para pensar a teoria como um discurso e como suas construções conceituais se relacionam com práticas performativas dos sujeitos em um processo de resistência e submissão às normas sociais de gêneros predominantes. Com aporte teórico da Análise do Discurso desenvolvido inicialmente por Michel Pêcheux na França e por Eni Orlandi no Brasil, o artigo faz uma análise a partir de recortes de discussões selecionadas na rede social facebook. Na análise do corpus, procura-se compreender o posicionamento discursivo de um perfil transexual nesse esquema de resistência a uma norma ao mesmo tempo em que se submete a essa norma no próprio funcionamento dos efeitos de sentidos que constituem os sujeitos.
