Investigación formativa y logro de competencias en estudiantes de una universidad pública – Lima

    El artículo responde al objetivo general; determinar la relación entre la investigación formativa y el logro de competencias de los estudiantes de las Facultades de Tecnología, Educación Inicial, Ciencias Sociales y Humanidades de la Universidad Nacional de Educación. Para la obtención de los resultados se ha tenido en cuenta el enfoque cuantitativo de tipo básica no experimental y diseño correlacional, además del uso del método analítico e hipotético deductivo. La población conformada por 3 275 y una muestra de 344 estudiantes conformado entre mujeres y varones.  La información se obtuvo a través de la técnica de encuesta e instrumento cuestionario de escala Likert. El tratamiento estadístico obedeció al uso del software Microsoft Excel y SPSS – 25, los resultados se analizaron en dos momentos, a través del estadístico descriptivo y la prueba de hipótesis a través de la estadística inferencial Rho de Spearman, esta mostró una relación de magnitud moderada (r = .724) y un valor de significancia estadística (P= .000 < 0,05). Por tanto, existe una relación directa y significativa entre las variables de investigación formativa y el logro de competencias en los estudiantes de la Universidad Nacional de Educación durante el ciclo académico 2020.

    The article responds to the general objective: to determine the relationship between formative research and the accomplishment of competencies for the students of the faculties of Technology, Primary Education, Social Sciences and Humanities of the National University of Education.  In order to obtain the results, a basic quantitative non-experimental focus was taken into account, as well as a correlational design, and in addition the use of an analytical and hypothetical deductive methodology.  The population was made up of 3, 275 with a sample of 344 male and female students. The information was obtained by way of surveys and a questionnaire with the Likert scale.  The statistics were treated using Microsoft Excel and SPSS-25 software, with the results being analyzed in two different moments, by way of the descriptive statistics and the proof of the hypothesis using inferential Spearman Rho statistics which demonstrated a relationship of moderate magnitude (r=.724) and a significant statistical value (P = .000 less than 0.05).  Therefore, a direct and significant relationship exists between the variables of formative research and the accomplishment of competencies for the students of the faculties of Technology, Primary Education, Social Sciences and Humanities of the National University of Education during the 2020 Academic Cycle.
