  Los autores muestran una experiencia lograda a través de la determinación de los impactos alcanzados por el proyecto diagnóstico y orientación de las actividades físicas a los adultos mayorespertenecientes a la Casa de Abuelos del municipio Morón,en la que se le aplicaron diferentes instrumentos de la investigación científica que posibilitaron la recopilación de la información que se expone y que ha permitido seleccionar los ejercicios físicos adaptados a las posibilidades y capacidades individualizadas de los investigados que van encaminadas a mejorar sus estilo de vida. La novedad está dada en la aplicación del Proyecto Diagnóstico y Orientación de las Actividades Físicas para Adultos Mayores (DOAFAM) que le posibilita al investigador obtener unainformación más detallada de las pruebas realizadas en el trascurso de lasdiferentes etapasde trabajo y que handemostradolos cambios de la condición física del grupo de adultos mayores de la Casa deAbuelos del Municipio de Morón, mejorando así sus estilos de vida.

  The authors show an experience achieved through the determination of the impacts reached by the diagnostic project and orientation of the physical activities the adults bigger belonging to the House of Grandparents of the municipality Moron, in which were applied different instruments of the scientific investigation that facilitated the summary of the information that is exposed and that it has allowed to select the physical exercises adapted to the possibilities and individualized capacities of those investigated that they go guided to improve their lifestyle. The novelty is given in the application of the Project I Diagnose and Orientation of the Physical Activities for bigger Adults that (DOAFAM) it facilitates the investigator to obtain a more detailed information of the tests carried out in the course of the different work stages and that they have demonstrated the changes of the physical condition of the group of adults bigger than the House of Grandparents of the Municipality of Moron, improving this way its lifestyles.
