El libro nace con la voluntad de dar difusión a los contenidos de los seminarios-taller Proyectar la memoria que vienen realizándose desde el año 2012 en la Escuela de Patrimonio Histórico del Instituto del Patrimonio Cultural de España en Nájera (La Rioja). El elocuente título que da nombre a estos encuentros resume su propósito principal: la conversación en torno a los modos y formas actuales de entender y plantear la intervención en el patrimonio cultural en Iberoamérica.

The book was created with the aim of disseminating the contents of the projecting memory seminars-workshops that have been carried out since 2012 at the School of Historical Heritage of the Institute of Cultural Heritage of Spain in Nájera (La Rioja). The eloquent title that gives their name to these meetings summarizes their main purpose: the conversation around the current ways and ways of understanding and proposing intervention in cultural heritage in Ibero-America.
