Resumen de Metodología en la selección de talentos deportivos en el atletismo desde la dimensión social

  La selección de talentos constituye hoy día en uno de los aspectos de mayor importancia en el ámbito deportivo y es además, una de las causas de que existan numerosas teorías donde se analiza el papel de los que participan como objetos y sujetos de dicha selección, constituye un proceso sistemático y complejo que consta de diferentes etapas, en la que resalta su fase inicial la captación, o selección inicial, tal como se refleja en la actual investigación, la cual es necesaria para la obtención de un resultado final o del éxito en un determinado lapso de tiempo. Ballesteros (1991) y Ozolin (1990) incorporan en su caracterización aspectos relativos con el entrenamiento y las características individuales por pruebas en el atletismo, cuestiones que profundizan en las referencias anteriores, por lo que justifica, que en materia de selección en este deporte, requiere de la incorporación de indicadores que evalúen el desenvolvimientos de los sujetos, en su contexto natural, en plena interacción con el medio social y factores que le conforman. La dimensión social, se identifica en el estudio actual, a partir de la interacción de los indicadores endógenos, exógenos y antropológicos, durante el perfeccionamiento continuo de la selección inicial de talentos en el atletismo escolar.

  The selection of talents is today one of the most important aspects in the field of sports and is also one of the reasons why there are numerous theories where the role of those who participate as objects and subjects of said selection is analyzed. It is a systematic and complex process that consists of different stages, in which its initial phase highlights the recruitment, or initial selection, as reflected in the current research, which is necessary to obtain a final result or success in a certain period of time. Ballesteros (1991) and Ozolin (1990), incorporate in their characterization relative aspects with the training and the individual characteristics by tests in the athletics, questions that deepen in the previous references, reason why it justifies, that in matter of selection in this sport, requires the incorporation of indicators that evaluate the development of the subjects, in their natural context, in full interaction with the social environment and factors that shape it. The social dimension is identified in the current study, based on the interaction of endogenous, exogenous and anthropological indicators, during the continuous improvement of the initial selection of talents in school athletics.
