Resumen de Elaboración de una tabla periódica: Proyecto cooperativo y motivador para el área de Química

La conmemoración del Año Internacional de la Tabla Periódica, promovida por la UNESCO en 2019, resultó una ocasión ideal para concienciar a los estudiantes de la importancia de la tabla periódica, desarrollándose multitud de proyectos al respecto desde numerosas instituciones, entidades, institutos y universidades. Pero ¿por qué no proponerlos en más ocasiones? La tabla pe-riódica nunca dejará de ser imprescindible en química, como las tablas de multiplicar en matemáticas. Se explica en este artículo un proyecto cooperativo realizado en un instituto que puede ser llevado a cabo en cualquier otro, adaptándolo a las circunstancias del centro, y a diferentes temporalizaciones.

The commemoration of the International Year of the Periodic Table, promoted by UNESCO in 2019 was an ideal oppor-tunity to raise awareness among students of the importance of the periodic table, carrying out many projects on it from numerous institutions, entities, high schools and universities. But, why not proposing them on more occasions? The periodic table will never cease to be essential in chemistry, like multiplication tables in mathematics. This article explains a cooperative project performed in a high school that can be carried out in any other, adapting it to the circumstances of the school, and to different time periods.
