    El presente trabajo titulado La tridimensionalidad del Derecho Agrario moderno en la provincia Ciego de Ávila, aborda un tema de gran importancia para el Derecho Agrario. La transversalidad jurídica opera a través de fenómenos inicialmente culturales y luego jurídicos encargados de proyectar al Derecho en sus propias concepciones íntimas, conlleva cambios desde la cúspide constitucional hasta las normas más elementales, otorgándole al Derecho una nueva cultura distinta a la anterior, en un periodo relativamente corto. La agricultura tiene un gran impacto en el medio ambiente,en los últimos años ha dependido enormemente de la tecnología, las ciencias físicas y las biológicasenla producción de alimentosque son destinados a una población que es cada vez más exigente,laintensificación dela aplicación de esas técnicas provocaseveros problemas ambientales. Por ello,el hombre ha comprendido que los recursos del planeta no son renovables y que cada acto que lleva a cabo en la tierra, repercutesiempre en ella.

    The present titled work The tridimensionalityof the modern Agrarian Right in the Ciego de Avila’s province;it approaches a topic of great importance for the Agrarian Right. The juridical transversality operates through initially cultural and then juridical phenomena in charge of projecting to the Right in its own intimate conceptions, it bears changes from the constitutional peak until the most elementary norms, with reformulation of principles, granting to the Right a new culture different to the previous one, in a relatively short period.The agriculture has a great impact in the since environment in the last years it has depended vastly on the technology, the physical and biological sciences for the production of foods for the population that is more and more demanding the application of those techniques is intensified that cause severe environmental problems.For it,the man has already understood that the resources of the planet are not renewable and that each act that carries out in the earthalways rebounds in her.
