    La presente investigación titulada “Sistema de acciones para la incorporación del Adulto Mayor a los círculos de abuelos del Consejo Popular Norte del Municipio Morón” resulta uno de los programas de desarrollo comunitario en el Consejo Popular Norte del Municipio Morón en la Provincia de Ciego de Ávila, justifica la importancia de la incorporación del adulto mayor a los círculos de abuelos, dadas las causas objetivas que originan la problemática, relacionada con una inadecuada preparación para enfrentar lacomplejidad del adulto mayor con la calidad requerida, también de las características que distinguen a este grupo etario en su etapa de envejecimiento y el papel protagónico que le concierne a la familia, al promotor de cultura física y al médico general integral en su contexto más amplio para el disfrute de una vejez sana. De ahí la necesidad de elaborar un sistema de acciones que propicie la relación existente entre cada uno de estos factores que tributan a direccionar la orientación profiláctica en primer lugar y la incorporación a las actividades física como parte indisoluble del estudio, a pesar de los innumerables esfuerzos realizados por las diferentes instituciones por elevar a planos cualitativamente superiores su estilo de vida. El análisis de lasdeficiencias definió que esta investigación enfrenta la insuficiente incorporación del adulto mayor a los círculos de abuelos y determina como objetivo, diseñar un sistema de acciones para lograr su incorporación. Para llegar a la triangulación de la información se aplicaron un grupo de métodos y técnicas de investigación que propiciaron a partir del diagnóstico realizado, elaborar la propuesta de sistema.

    The present investigation entitled "System of actions for the incorporation of the Elderly to the circles of grandparents of the North Popular Council of the Moron Municipality" is one of the community development programs in the North Popular Council of the Moron Municipality in the Province of Ciego de Avila , justifies the importance of the incorporation of the older adult into the circles of grandparents, given the objective causes that originate the problem, related to an inadequate preparation to face the complexity of the elderly with the required quality, also of the characteristics that distinguish this age group in its stage of aging and the leading role that concerns the family, the promoter of physical culture and the comprehensive general practitioner in its broader context for the enjoyment of a healthy old age. Hence the need to develop a system of actions that promotes the relationship between each of these factors that pay to address the prophylactic orientation in the first place and the incorporation of physical activities as an indissoluble part of the study, despite the innumerable efforts made by different institutions to elevate their lifestyle to qualitatively superior levels. The analysis of the deficiencies defined that this research faces the insufficient incorporation of the older adult into the circles of grandparents and determines as an objective, to design a system of actions to achieve its incorporation. In order to arrive at the information triangulation, a group of research methods and techniques were applied, which led to the elaboration of the system proposal based on the diagnosis made.
