Resumen de El registro de micromamíferos del nivel basal de Lezetxiki II (Arrasate, País Vasco)

Este trabajo recoge los resultados obtenidos del análisis de los restos de micromamíferos presentes en 11 capas del nivel basal (K) de Lezetxiki II (Arrasate, Gipuzkoa). Han sido identificados once taxones, nueve pertenecientes al Orden Rodentia y dos al Orden Soricomorpha.
La asociación de micromamíferos sugiere que el entorno del yacimiento estaba formado por bosques y praderas con alternancia de espacios abiertos y que el clima sería notablemente más frío que el actual.

This paper presents the results obtained from the analysis of the remains of small mammals found in 11 semi-spits of the lowest layer (K) of Lezetxiki II (Arrasate, Gipuzkoa). Eleven taxa have been identified, nine belonging to the Order Rodentia and two to the Order Soricomorpha. The association of small mammals suggests that the archaeobotanical environment of the site includes forests and meadows alternating with open habitat and the weather would be colder than today.
