Paciente de 16 años con hemofilia grave tipo A que acude a Urgencias por vómitos biliosos de 48h de evolución, anorexia y dolor abdominal en hipogastrio-fosa iliaca derecha) de 12h de evolución. Refiere consumo de alcohol hace 72 h y haber estado previamente en el parque de atracciones, no refiere traumatismo. Juicio diagnóstico de hemorragia intraabdominal y hemorragia digestiva alta en paciente con hemofilia grave tipo A. Se decide ingreso en UCI por situación de gravedad e inestabilidad del paciente.
