Caso clínico: Cuidados de enfermería a un paciente ingresado por traumatismo torácico.

    Paciente de 52 años que es trasladado a urgencias por un politraumatismo en la fábrica donde trabaja. Este paciente, trasladado en el soporte vital avanzado, presenta un traumatismo torácico. La situación actual del paciente es que es ingresado en la planta 7ª del hospital de traumatología del Hospital Miguel Servet de Zaragoza. Una vez se decide ingresar al paciente, el personal de enfermería elabora un PAE para suplir las Necesidades Básicas que él no pueda suplir. De esta manera, todas sus necesidades básicas serán cubiertas con la colaboración del personal de la planta, sus familiares y él mismo.

    52 years old patient who is transferred to the emergency services due to a polytrauma in the factory where he works. This patient, transferred to hospital with an advanced life support, presents a thoracic trauma. The current situation of the patient is that he is admitted to the 7th floor of the trauma hospital of the Miguel Servet Hospital in Zaragoza. Once it is decided to admit the patient, the nursing staff prepares a nursing process to take care of the Basic Needs that he cannot reach. In this way, all his basic needs will be covered with the collaboration of the plant staff, his relatives and himself.
