    El presente trabajo aborda el procedimiento judicial de división del patrimonio hereditario. Partiendo de su carácter subsidiario y del principio de mínima intervención judicial que lo informa, el análisis incluye, no solo las actuaciones propiamente particionales, sino también las conducentes a la conservación y correcta administración del caudal hereditario.

    The present work deals with the judicial procedure for the division of the estate. Based on its subsidiary nature and the minimal judicial intervention principle that informs it, the analysis includes, not only the properly partitioned actions, but also those conducive to the conservation and correct administration of the hereditary wealth.
