Conduciendo una mínima retrospectiva en torno al debate de la comunidad en la filosofía contemporánea francesa, en el cual están insertos los nombres de Georges Bataille, Maurice Blanchot, Jean-Luc Nancy y Philippe Lacoue-Labarthe, el artículo pretende centrar su atención en una senda poco transitada de este tópico, que es: el vínculo entre la etnografía (en específico la de Pierre Clastres) y la filosofía. Esto con miras a intuir los conceptos de retraimiento y amistad dispuestos sobre el cuestionamiento de lo común.

Outlining a minimal retrospective on the debate of community in the contemporary French philosophy, in which the names of Georges Bataille, Maurice Blanchot, Jean-Luc Nancy and Philippe Lacoue-Labarthe are enclosed, the paper intends to walk into a practically untraveled path in this debate, which is: the nexus between ethnography (specifically that of Pierre Clastres) and philosophy. This in order to glimpse the concepts of retreating and friendship, set on the questioning of the common.
