Urge trocar la pugna por la hegemonía en un combate mundial conjunto contra los nuevos retos. Europa puede jugar un papel crucial en esta nueva contienda, por su ascendiente cultural, su pujanza económica y su consistencia civilizacional. Además, le cabe arbitrar la nueva situación mundial.

The Geopolitics science were historically determined by the paradigm that links correlation and causality. In the same way, also hegemonism. Urges to transform the hegemonic struggles into a joint world combat against the new challenges.
