Resumen de Violência nas relações íntimas entre mulheres: revisão integrativa da literatura

  Intimate partner violence (IPV) is widely portrayed from a heterosexual point of view, and there are few representations of violence in homosexual intimacy. This article analyzes the literature on intimate partner violence in relationships between women who have sex with women. Methodologically, the study corresponds to an integrative literature review that analyzed 60 articles published in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, available in the SCIELO databases; CAPES journals; Virtual Health Library; Redalyc and Dialnet, published between 2012-2019. The findings are analyzed descriptively using an instrument developed by the authors, called the review protocol. The results are presented into five categories that discuss cultural aspects related to IPV in this population. 1st) Gender; 2nd) Intergenerational violence; 3rd) Minority stress; 4th) Substance abuse and 5th) Barriers to coping with IPV, which show the intergenerational influence on intimate violence and that gender stereotypes make intimate violence between women invisible by making them think of themselves as non-aggressors at the same time. Women are crossed by intersectionalities that accentuate the stress experienced by being a sexual minority, and the barriers to coping with IPV involve the State's lack of preparation to deal with non-heterosexual IPV.

  A violência por parceiro íntimo (VPI) é amplamente retratado do ponto de vista heterossexual e poucas são as representações da violência na intimidade homossexual. Dessa maneira, o objetivo deste artigo foi analisar a literatura sobre a violência por parceiro íntimo nas relações entre mulheres que fazem sexo com mulheres. Metodologicamente, o estudo corresponde a uma revisão integrativa da literatura que analisou 60 artigos publicados em português, inglês e espanhol, disponibilizados nas bases SCIELO; Periódicos CAPES; Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde; Redalyc e Dialnet, publicados entre 2012-2019. Os achados foram analisados descritivamente a partir de um instrumento elaborado pelos autores denominado protocolo de revisão. Os resultados foram aglutinados em cinco categorias que discutem os aspectos culturais relacionados à VPI nessa população, a saber: 1º) Gênero; 2º) Intergeracionalidade da violência; 3º) Estresse minoritário; 4º) Abuso de substâncias e 5º) Barreiras para o enfrentamento da VPI, que mostram a influência intergeracional na violência íntima e que os estereótipos de gênero invisibilizam a violência íntima entre mulheres por fazer com que essas sejam pensadas como não agressoras. As mulheres são atravessadas por interseccionalidades que acentuam o estresse vivido por serem minoria sexual. Além de barreiras para o enfrentamento da VPI. Envolvem também o não preparo do Estado para lidar com a VPI não heterossexual.
