    Este artigo tem como objetivo caracterizar as escolas de pensamento estratégico proposta por Mintzberg sob o enfoque da Teoria dos Jogos.. A literatura sobre Teoria dos Jogos evoluiu significativamente nos últimos anos e pode ser entendida como o estudo de interações estratégicas entre empresas, para entender o processo de decisão de agentes que interagem entre si, a partir da compreensão lógica da situação em que estão envolvidos. O artigo apresenta a visão em Teoria dos Jogos e a possibilidade de interação com as escolas do pensamento estratégico no ambiente de negócios. Este ensaio contribui para o entendimento das escolas e sua aplicabilidade no comportamento estratégico das organizações.

    This article has as objective to characterize the schools of strategical thought proposal for Mintzberg under the approach of the Theory of the Games. Literature on Theory of the Games evolved significantly in recent years and can be understood as the study of strategical interactions between companies, to understand the process of decision of agents who interact between itself, from the logical understanding of the situation where they are involved. The article presents the vision in Theory of the Games and the possibility of interaction with the schools of the strategical thought in the environment business-oriented. This assay contributes for the agreement of the schools and its applicability in the strategical behavior of the organizations.
