    De los Reales Sitios que los Reyes de España habían reunido hasta conformar las residencias reales que a principios del siglo XIX brillaban en todo su apogeo, han llegado a nuestros días los más importantes, si bien en muchos casos con el territorio mermado por las ventas y enajenaciones. Algunos eran cazaderos reales como el Bosque de La Moraleja que fue constituido por el rey Carlos III para ampliar las posesiones del Real Sitio de El Pardo. Vamos a ver en este artículo como se fue configurando el primitivo lugar de La Moraleja y como con la especulación lo fuimos perdiendo.

    Of the Royal Sites that the Kings of Spain had gathered to form the royal residences that at the beginning of the XIX century shone in all their apogee, the most important have reached our days, although in many cases with the territory diminished by the sales and disposals. Some were royal hunting grounds such as the Bosque de La Moraleja, which was established by King Carlos III to expand the possessions of the Royal Site of El Pardo. We are going to see in this article how the primitive place of La Moraleja was configured and how we lost it with speculation.
