Resumen de Organizaciones sociales, Estado y territorios. Procesos, tramas y significaciones. El caso de una organización político-territorial en una ciudad intermedia del sur cordobés (Río Cuarto, 2007-2015)

Este artículo recoge parte de los resultados de un proceso de tesis doctoralde corte cualitativo que tuvo porobjetivo analizar, desde una perspectiva relacional y un abordaje socio-espacial,la configuración de la ecuación Sociedad-Estadoen la ciudad de Río Cuarto, Córdoba, Argentina. Para ello estudiamos las prácticas políticas territoriales de un núcleo deorganizaciones sociales en su articulación con el Estado municipal. Tales practicas han sido concebidascomo acciones y discursos inscriptos estratégicamente; emergentesde las mutuas implicancias entre estructuras institucionales y agentes colectivos. Éstos últimos demandantes debienes comunes, desigualmente dispuestosen el espacio y disputadossegún principios redistributivos e interacciones de variable “espesor político”. En el caso de la organización territorial aquí analizada se observan múltiples repertorios de acción que se dirimen entre el barrio, las urnas y la institucionalidad estatal. Todo ello en el marcode una dinámica que construye fronteras porosas entre lo social y lo político, entre el movimiento y el partido. Mientras el Estado territorialmente enraizado,y en permanente disputa,deviene una plataforma tanto de integración como de lucha.

This article collects part of the results of a qualitative doctoral thesis process that aimed to analyze, from a relational perspective and a socio-spatial approach, the configuration of the Society-State equation in the city of Río Cuarto, Córdoba, Argentina. For this we study the territorial political practices of a nucleus of social organizations in their articulation with the municipal State. Such practices have been conceived as strategically inscribed actions and discourses; emerging from the mutual implications between institutional structures and collectiveagents. The latter claimants of common goods, unevenly arranged in space and disputed according to redistributive principles and interactions of variable “political thickness”. In the case of the territorial organization analyzed here, there are multiple repertoires of action that are settled between the neighborhood, the polls and the state institutions. All this within the framework of a dynamic that builds porous borders between the social and the political, between the movement and the party. While theterritorially rooted State, and in permanent dispute, becomes a platform for both integration and struggle.
