    Esta investigación tiene como objetivo central analizar la importancia del Poder Legislativo en el cumplimiento de las sentencias de la Corte Interamericana, específicamente respecto de las sentencias dictadas en contra del Estado mexicano. El Poder Legislativo mantiene un papel fundamental en el cumplimiento de las sentencias dictadas en contra del Estado mexicano, pues finalmente, en cuanto a este tipo específico de reparaciones, es el poder encargado de ejecutar las acciones necesarias que permitan satisfacer la condena impuesta por la Corte, bien en su función de legislador ordinario o, en su defecto como constituyente permanente si lo que se presume contrario a la Convención es la propia Constitución.

    The main objective of this research is to analyze the importance of the Legislative Power in complying with the judgments of the Inter-American Court, specifically regarding the judgments handed down against the Mexican State. The Legislative Power maintains a fundamental role in the fulfillment of the sentences handed down against the Mexican State, because finally, regarding this specific type of reparations, it is the power in charge of executing the necessary actions that allow satisfying the sentence imposed by the Court. Either in his role as ordinary legislator or, failing that, as a permanent constituent if what is presumed contrary to the Convention is the Constitution itself.
