    En este artículo, la autora revisa la importancia del doble narcisista en la integración del narcisismo y en la organización de la propia identidad. Una breve revisión de los artículos de Freud sobre el narcisismo y sobre lo siniestro sirven como punto de partida para la reflexión sobre el doble narcisista en su función transicional, facilitadora de la evolución en los modos de investidura narcisista y objetal.

    La frecuente aparición del doble en la literatura y en el psicoanálisis clásico y actual muestra la importancia de este concepto, asociado a la evolución normal y patológica, con muy distintas repercusiones.

    El objeto especular y las modalidades de la transferencia especular son revisadas en distintos autores contemporáneos, señalando la importancia del tercero, simbolizado a través del encuadre interno y externo.

    Estas modalidades relacionales, y las dificultades técnicas en la relación analítica, son ilustradas con un caso clínico.

    This article reviews the importance of the double in integration of narcissism and of the formation of the Self. A brief review of Freud's articles "On Narcissism" and "The Uncanny" serves as a starting point for reflecting on the narcissistic double in his transitional function, facilitating the evolution between narcissistic and object investments.

    The frequent appearance of the double in certain intensive regressive or disorganized states, shows the relationship between the familiar and the uncanny.

    Subsequent contributions from contemporary authors, have developed this concept within both normal evolution and pathological formations.

    The concept of the mirroring object has been theorized by different authors, pointing out the importance of the object in the formation of the subject, and the modalities of mirroring transference in the analyses of this type of narcissistic functioning, along with the associated technical difficulties.

    The function of the internal and external frame is considered to be a third necessary for (re)constructing the triangulation. One clinical case illustrates some transfer-counter transfer difficulties in these cases.

    Dans cet article, l'auteur considère l'importance du double dans l'integration du narcissisme et dans la constitution de l'identité.

    Un bref parcours des articles de Freud sur «Le narcissisme» el «L'inquietante» étrangete sont le point de départ pour faire la réflexion sur le double narcissique dans sa fonction transitionnelle facilitant l'evolution des investissements narcissiques et objectaux.

    La fréquante parution du double dans certains états regressifs ou desorganisatifs montrent le troublant rapport entre le familier et l´étranger.

    Différents auteurs contemporaines ont developpé ce concept dans les évolutions normales et patologiques.

    Le cadre interne et externe est consideré comme un tiers indispensable dans la cure analytique.

    Un cas clinique illustre ces difficultés transfero contre-transferentielles.
