  La investigación pretende dar a conocer algunos de los espacios extrauniversitarios que se fueron configurando alrededor de la Universidad de Salamanca durante la Edad Moderna, momento de su máximo apogeo. Se abordará el hábitat del profesorado en un momento coincidente con el primer establecimiento de los jesuitas en el barrio universitario durante la segunda mitad del siglo XVI. Unos y otros contribuyeron a moldear los contornos de la ciudad dejando una impronta más allá de las aulas que se manifiesta todavía hoy.

  This research aims to highlight some of the extra-university spaces configured around the University of Salamanca during the Early Modern Age, a time of its maximum apogee. These spaces were mainly constituted by the habitat of the faculty and they also coincided with the first establishment of the Jesuits in the university district during the second half of the 16th century. Both of them have shaped the contours of the city, leaving an imprint beyond the classrooms that is still evident today.
