Este artículo hace un recorrido por los principales motivos y conceptos de la trayectoria intelectual de Roland Barthes. Frente a la lectura más clásica y habitual de los mismos, el trabajo detecta en ellas un método de descubrimiento que está hecho de desplazamientos y de abandonos de lo convencional que van mucho más lejos que cualquier enfoque “estructuralista”.

This article takes a tour of the main motives and concepts of Roland Barthes’ intellectual trajectory. Faced with the more classical and habitual reading of them, the work detects in them a method of discovery that is made of displacements and abandonments of the conventional that go much further than any “structuralist” approach.
