Es necesario revisar las todas las publicaciones científicas y analizarlas para que poco a poco vaya promocionando la enfermería escolar y exista el papel emergente de la enfermería en los centros educativos.
Cada vez la figura del enfermero escolar es más importante en la sociedad, y se extiende a la comunidad escolar El principal objetivo de esta publicación es mostrar una revisión bibliográfica, y así englobar todas las publicaciones que hemos podido encontrar sobre enfermería escolar y mostrar lo importante que es el papel que ejerce en el ámbito escolar.
Se han tenido en cuenta a la hora de realizar la búsqueda y selección, una serie de criterios de inclusión y exclusión Toda la información que tenemos disponible nos muestra la necesidad de que en las aulas exista una enfermera escolar.
El tener un profesional en enfermería en las escuelas resulta de gran importancia y eficacia, porque con su labor asistencial y de prevención de la salud, mejora la calidad de vida y los conocimientos que los alumnos tienen en sobre la salud, y así adquirir tos hábitos saludables en esta etapa de su vida.
El tener una enfermera en los centros educativos es una instrumento fundamental de trabajo, porque pueden orientar y formar a todos los trabajadores del centro, a los alumnos y hasta a sus familias. Analizando todos los aspectos de la enfermería escolar, y por eso el papel del enfermero es fundamental.
