La re-humanización en la relación médico paciente en contextos de las tecnologías. Hacia la necesidad de una nueva cultura bioética

    Los avances vertiginosos de la inteligencia artificial (IA) en el campo de la medicina en los últimos años pone de relieve la necesidad de volver a la génesis de la filosofía humana para que lo remoto traído por la cuarta revolución conserve los criterios personalizados en la relación médico paciente en un contexto de tecnologización de la medicina. Por un lado, podemos pensar que estos adelantos facilitaron la posibilidad de concretar diagnósticos más precisos en menor tiempo, concediendo la oportunidad debrindar tratamientos específicos, logrando mejorar la calidad y la expectativa de vida. Pero, por otro lado, se transformaron en un obstáculo en la relación paciente-equipo de salud, fundamentada en la empatía entre seres humanos, y el respeto por la dignidad de la persona humana. El presente trabajo de investigación tiene por objetivo indagar cómo la implementación de las nuevas tecnologías impactasobre la relación paciente-equipo de salud. Creemos que la clave sigue y seguirá siendo la revalorización dela dignidad del paciente, situando a la bioética como una disciplina importante para la generación de una nueva cultura,para la formación y el ejercicio ético de los agentes de salud y para la puesta en marcha de procesos y programas orientados a la rehumanización de los actos médicos en tiempos mediados por las tecnologías.

    The dizzying advances of artificial intelligence (AI) in the field of medicinein recent years highlights the need to return to the genesis of human philosophy so that the remoteness brought by the fourth revolution preserves personalized criteria in the relationship patient doctor in a context of technologicalization of medicine. On the one hand, we can think that these advances facilitated the possibility of specifying more precise diagnoses in less time, granting the opportunity to provide specific treatments, managing to improve quality and life expectancy. But, on the other hand, they became an obstacle in the patient-health team relationship, based on empathy between human beings, and respect for the dignity of the human person. The present research work aims to investigate how the implementation of new technologies impact on the patient-health team relationship. We believe that the key continues and will continue to be the revaluation of the dignity of the patient, placing bioethics as an important discipline for the generation of a new culture, for the training and ethical exercise of health agents and for the implementation of processes and programs aimed at the rehumanization of medical acts in times mediated by technologies
