Gestión y seguimiento de pacientes en sus dietas nutricionales utilizando un sitio web

    En la actualidad la mayor parte de la población del mundo presentan diferentes patologías que impiden mantenerse activos en sus actividades diarias, por lo que los profesionales de nutrición son encargados de asesorar un dieta nutritiva y sana, pero para poder evaluarlos requieren de bastantes recursos como tiempo. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo implementar un sistema web que permita gestionar y dar seguimiento a los pacientes en sus dietas nutricionales. Además, se utilizó la metodología XP (eXtream Programing) para el desarrollo, también, se empleó la ISO/IEC25010 para medir la usabilidad y eficiencia de desempeño. Con referencia a los métodos utilizados se usó estadística descriptiva, estadística no paramétrica utilizando la prueba de Tukey. Como resultado de la eficiencia de desempeño se obtuvo un 86% del rendimiento en los procesos que efectúa el nutricionista, permitiendo reducir 53.86 minutos en la atención del paciente, en cambio para el nivel de usabilidad se alcanzó al 94%, se concluye con un nivel de confianza del 95% y un margen de error del 5%, existe igualdad de las subcaracterísticas de la usabilidad, a su vez ha permitido agilizar el proceso de valoración nutricional de los paciente.

    Currently, most of the world's population have different pathologies that prevent them from being active in their daily activities, so nutrition professionals oversee advising a nutritious and healthy diet, but to be able to do so, they require enough resources such as time to carry out the different non-automated processes where the information of the patients is taken through a medical record, which contains anthropometric, biochemical, clinical and dietary data. This work aims to implement a web system that allows for managing and monitoring patients' nutritional diets. We applied the agile project management methodology Extreme Programming (XP) to maintain a proper organization in the implementation of the software product. Also, ISO/IEC25010 was used to measure usability and performance efficiency. Regarding the methods used, descriptive statistics were used, non-parametric statistics using the Tukey test. As a result of the performance efficiency, 86% of the performance was obtained in the processes carried out by the nutritionist, allowing them to reduce 53.86 minutes in patient care. On the other hand, the usability level was reached at 94%. It is concluded with a confidence level of 95% and a margin of error of 5%, there is equality of the sub-characteristics of usability since it has made it possible to speed up the process of nutritional assessment of patients.
