    La aplicación de las normas de riesgos en instituciones educativas en zonas rurales del cantón Yaguachi, concibe al desarrollo de una guía para una implementación futura de un modelo de seguridad y riesgos basado en la norma internacional para el sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional ISO 45001, que aporte al sistema de educación primaria como modelo en seguridad, para lo cual, se procedió a identificar el nivel de cumplimiento de las instituciones con los requisitos de la norma y así valorar el grado de riesgos que estas presentan, mediante herramientas de análisis y otras instituciones jurídicas de seguridad industrial. La metodología de investigación se fundamentó en un estudio histórico, descriptivo y documental. La técnica aplicada fue la investigación de campo, puesto que se realiza en el lugar que surge la problemática y se pudo evidenciar el desconocimiento de la norma internacional para el sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional ISO 45001 y las herramientas de análisis y gestión de riesgos. Entre las preguntas que orienta la presente investigación se tiene las siguientes: ¿Qué herramientas tecnológicas se pueden utilizar para diseñar un modelo de seguridad y riesgos? ¿Cómo identificar el nivel de seguridad en las instituciones educativas? ¿Existen herramientas de análisis y gestión de riesgos que permitan valorar el grado de exposición? ¿De qué manera se desarrolla un modelo en base a la norma ISO 45001 y otras instituciones jurídicas para las instituciones educativas de las zonas rurales del cantón Yaguachi?

    The application of risk standards in educational institutions in rural areas of the Yaguachi canton, conceives the development of a guide for a future implementation of a safety and risk model based on the international standard for safety and occupational health management system ISO 45001, which contributes to the primary education system as a model in safety, for which, we proceeded to identify the level of compliance of institutions with the requirements of the standard and thus assess the degree of risk that they present, using analysis tools and other legal institutions of industrial safety. The research methodology was based on a historical, descriptive and documentary study. The applied technique was field research since it is carried out in the place where the problem arises and the lack of knowledge of the international standard for the safety and occupational health management system ISO 45001 and the tools of analysis and risk management could be evidenced. Among the questions guiding this research are the following: What technological tools can be used to design a safety and risk model? How to identify the level of safety in educational institutions? Are there risk analysis and management tools to assess the degree of exposure? How to develop a model based on the ISO 45001 standard and other legal institutions for educational institutions in rural areas of Yaguachi canton?
