La fotografía como manifestación de las artes plásticas, juega un importante papel en la representación de las actividades políticas, sociales, científicas y culturales de la humanidad, de tal manera que se erige en verdadero documento social. La fotografía ha permitido reafirmar su posicionamiento en la iconosfera contemporánea y su importancia como fuente de conocimiento del mundo que nos rodea, por lo que apreciarla en su justa medida se convierte en un reto para el hombre. La presente ponencia parte de identificar insuficiencias en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje para la apreciación de obras fotográficas, en los estudiantes de la Universidad de Pinar del Río (UPR). A partir de esta valoración inicial, se plantea como objetivo, elaborar una metodología que contribuya al proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje para la apreciación de obras fotográficas, en los estudiantes de la UPR. La metodología consta de: objetivo general, fundamentación, un aparato teórico-cognitivo y otro metodológico con etapas para su ejecución y la evaluación
Photography as a manifestation of the plastic arts, plays an important role in the representation of the political, social, scientific and cultural activities of humanity, in such a way that it becomes a true social document. Photography has reaffirmed its position in the contemporary iconosphere and its importance as a source of knowledge of the world that surrounds us, so appreciating it in its proper measure becomes a challenge for man. This presentation starts from identifying insufficiencies in the teaching-learning process for the appreciation of photographic works, in the students of the University of Pinar del Río (UPR). From this initial assessment, the objective is to develop a methodology that contributes to the teaching-learning process for the appreciation of photographic works in the students of the UPR. The methodology consists of: general objective, foundation, a theoretical-cognitive apparatus and another methodological one with stages for its execution and evaluation.
