Resumen de Una poética de la atenuación: Fabio Morábito

En la poesía de Fabio Morábito, puede decirse que hay una predilección por la experiencia del ver, entendido éste como la búsqueda de un saber cómo son las cosas del mundo. En este sentido, la percepción del entorno (exterocepción) aspira a la inteligibilidad. Antes que un compromiso afectivo con los objetos de la visión, hay la curiosidad. No la curiosidad del entomólogo sino la del hombre dado a la contemplación. Dilucidar el porqué el sujeto de la percepción —y sujeto de la enunciación, a la vez— opta por el distanciamiento con respecto al objeto y por la atenuación de la experiencia sensible será el propósito de este artículo. Para ello se analizan algunos poemas y fragmentos narrativos de este escritor mexicano, desde una perspectiva que combina la estilística con la semiótica.

It can be said that in Fabio Morábitos’ poetry there is a predilection about the experience of sighting; sighting is understood as the searching for a knowledge respect how things of the world are. That way, perception of the milieu (exteroception) is an aspiration to get intelligibility. Before being an affective compromise with objects of the sight, there is curiosity. The curiosity not related to that of an entomologist but that of the man given to contemplation. Elucidating the response why the subject of perception -and the subject of enunciation too- decides for the distancing with regards to the object and for the attenuation of sensitive experience will be the goal in this article. In order to realize that, from a perspective combining stylistics and semiotics some poems and narrative fragments of this Mexican writer are analyzed.
