    Existe un aumento de la actividad laboral de la mujer, que junto con la persistencia en su trabajo hasta el final de su gestación y el mayor uso del automóvil han incrementado las tasas de traumatismos obstétricos y de la morbimortalidad de la mujer en los países industrializados.

    Es necesario un correcto conocimiento de las lesiones de la mujer embarazada durante el accidente de tráfico ya que nos orientará sobre un diagnóstico y tratamiento precoz.

    There is an increase in the labor activity of women, which together with the persistence in their work until the end of their gestation and the greater use of the car have increased the rates of obstetric injuries and morbidity of women in the industrialized countries.

    A correct knowledge of the injuries of the pregnant woman during the traffic accident is necessary since it will guide my son to an early diagnosis and treatment.
