Resumen de Calasanz y la peste que le tocó vivir

El presente artículo es un rápido e incompleto recorrido por el Epistolario Calasancio en torno al término “peste”. Insertos en la pandemia que nos tocó atravesar en 2020, considerábamos oportuno pedir a nuestro Santo Padre Calasanz algunas pistas para afrontar ese tiempo. En primer lugar, se aborda cómo Calasanz vive una de las epidemias que asolaron Italia mientras él vivía. Le veremos seguir los pasos de avance de la enfermedad y cómo observa las consecuencias sanitarias, económicas y sociales.
Pero sobre todo recibiremos respuestas propias de un padre para saber cómo afrontar ese tiempo y qué desafíos espirituales nos propone.

The present article is a fast and uncomplete journey through the Calasanzian Letters regarding the term “pest”. As we are inserted in the Pandemic we had to suffer in 2020, we consider very opportune to ask Our Holy Father Calasanz some hints for that time. First, it is treated how Calasanz lives one of the epidemics that hit Italy while he was living. We will see him following the steps of advancing in the sick persons as well as he observes the healthy, economy and social consequences. But above all, we will receive his own answers, of a father who knows how to confront that time and what spiritual challenges he proposes.
