Logística verde: camino hacia la responsabilidad social empresarial ambiental

    La presente investigación tuvo como propósito analizar la logística verde desde la responsabilidad social empresarial ambiental en las instituciones de salud del Distrito Riohacha, Departamento de la Guajira. Teóricamente se sustentó en las teorías de Manjarres, & Chirino (2020), López, Arriaga y Pardo, (2018), Suarez y Silva, (2019), Chirino (2018), Plasencia, Marrero, Bajo & Nicado (2018), Gómez, (2016), Mora (2016), Magri (2016), Sachs, (2015), Guédez (2010), entre otros. Metodológicamente, el paradigma empleado fue el positivista. El método que se utilizó fue el cuantitativo, con un tipo de investigación descriptiva. El diseño fue no experimental, transversal y de campo. La muestra fue de 98 empleados, los cuales respondieron al instrumento elaborado, cuyas alternativas de respuesta fueron: siempre, casi siempre, algunas veces, casi nunca y nunca. Se tabuló y trabajó con la estadística descriptiva para obtener los porcentajes de los datos. Entre los resultados se puede mencionar que en cuanto los elementos de logística verde, 52,65 % de los encuestados manifestaron que casi nunca conocen las orientaciones básicas para la logística verde en cuanto al suministro de los insumos médicos; además, se concluyó que existen debilidades en cuanto a la manera de implementarlas y cómo abordar todos los elementos que las conforman dentro de las organizaciones. Por tal motivo, se sugiere mejorar la efectividad de los servicios para llegar a la calidad y poder posicionarse en los mercados actuales.

    The purpose of this research was to analyze green logistics from the environmental corporate social responsibility in the health institutions of the Riohacha District, Department of La Guajira. Theoretically, it was based on the theories of Manjarres, & Chirino (2020), López, Arriaga y Pardo, (2018), Hernández, Ibáñez and Velasco, (2018), Chirino (2018), Plasencia, Marrero, Bajo & Nicado, 2018), Gómez, (2016), Mora (2016), Magri (2016), Sachs, (2015), Guédez (2010), among others. Methodologically, the paradigm used was the positivist. The method used was quantitative, with a descriptive type of research. The design was non-experimental, cross-sectional and field. The sample consisted of 98 employees who responded to the elaborated instrument, whose alternatives were always, almost always, sometimes, almost never and never. Descriptive statistics were tabulated and worked to obtain the percentages of the data. Among the results, it can be mentioned that in terms of green logistics elements, that 52.65% of the respondents stated that they almost never know the basic guidelines for green logistics regarding the supply of medical supplies, in addition, it is concluded that There are weaknesses in terms of how to implement them and how to address all the elements that make them up within organizations, for this reason, it is suggested to improve the effectiveness of services to achieve quality and to be able to position itself in current markets.
