  Aplicar los procesos de liderazgo no solo es imprescindible para el camino correcto de la organización, sino que promueve la prudencia, templanza, justicia y habilidades gerenciales del individuo, generando reacciones positivas en los seguidores. Por ende, el presente artículo tuvo por objetivo analizar la literatura y teorías referentes al Liderazgo en las empresas u organizaciones. Esto por medio de la bibliometría efectuado por una búsqueda en Web of Science para un posterior estudio de red donde se evaluaron los indicadores que relacionan aspectos del mapping.   Applying the leadership processes is not only essential for the correct path of the organization, but also promotes prudence, temperance, justice and managerial skills of the individual, generating positive reactions in the followers. Therefore, the present article aimed to analyze the literature and theories regarding Leadership in companies or organizations. This by means of bibliometrics carried out by a search in Web of Science for a subsequent network study where the indicators that relate aspects of the mapping were evaluated. Sequentially from the identified clusters, structured with the corresponding documents and keywords.
