  • Resumen
    • The article deals with the developments of the Livio Paladin’s scholarship after the end of his term as a member of the Italian Constitutional Court. The analysis starts with a summary of the engagements of Paladin as a member of the national Government and as the chairman of special commissions for the study of matters of public interest. Then, the article explores the contribution of Paladin published for the newspaper «Il messaggero» and of editorials written for the law journal «Quaderni costituzionali». The article then deals with the late scholarship of Paladin and the connected methodological choices. The article claims that the fact that Livio Paladin increasingly focused his attention to political and constitutional developments of the country affected his methodological approach to the study of constitutional law, and brought the model of the living constitution at the center of his interests.
