  • Resumen
    • In May 2018, during its field season, the French archaeological mission at Taposiris Magna and Plinthine (MFTMP) discovered a large assemblage of ceramics including a series of handled bowls, that is to say baskets (56 individuals out of the total number of 272) in a backfill contemporary with the occupation of the Byzantine baths. Since the handles bear Menas’ name, they are interpreted as eulogia. After a first part devoted to the study of the ceramic assemblage, this article presents the baskets-eulogia, their iconography and undoubtedly ritual use, and their mainly regional distribution. In a third final part, the networks of circulation and exchange between Taposiris Magna and Abu Mina are developed
