  El síndrome de Sjögren tiene poca evidencia científica al no haber sido objetivada la sintomatología que forma parte de esta enfermedad en conjunto y cuya clasificación formaba parte puntual de otros procesos. La necesidad de un reconocimiento de signos y síntomas que componen este síndrome favorece una más rápida actuación sobre el paciente mejorando su calidad de vida. Principalmente afecta a la sequedad de las mucosas, generalmente de los ojos y la boca teniendo también manifestaciones musculoesqueléticas que conforman la tríada clásica de esta enfermedad: xeroftalmia, xerostomía y artralgias o mialgias.

  Sjögren syndrome has little scientific evidence as the symptomatology that was part of this disease as a whole and whose classification was a specific part of other processes had not been objectified. The need for recognition of signs and symptoms that make up this syndrome favors a faster action on the patient improving their quality of life. It mainly affects the dryness of the mucous membranes, usually of the eyes and mouth, also having musculoskeletal manifestations that make up the classic triad of this disease: xerophthalmia, xerostomia and arthralgias or myalgias.
