Paciente varón de 83 años que acude al servicio de urgencias por traumatismo de cabeza sin especificar. Paciente consciente y orientado en el tiempo y espacio, receptivo y perceptivo. No se detectan alteraciones del lenguaje. Moviliza las cuatro extremidades. Presenta herida incisa en el tabique nasal, traumatismo facial con hematoma palpebral derecho sin afectación ocular. Dolor en zona del antebrazo y codo derecho sin signos externos de fractura. Recuerda lo ocurrido así que pasa a la sala de observación y posible ingreso tras la realización de analítica sanguínea y TAC (tomografía computerizada) craneal.

No language alterations are detected. Mobilizes all four extremities. Presents incised wound in the nasal septum, facial trauma with right palpebral hematoma without ocular involvement. Pain in the forearm and forearm area. Right elbow without external signs of fracture.
