    El Centro de Estudio de Ciencias Pedagógicas de la Universidad de Ciencias Pedagógicas “Félix Varela” de Villa Clara (CECIP) comenzó sus actividades profesionales desde el año 1988 a tenor de la Resolución Rectoral que así lo establecía. Desde entonces recibe mayor empuje y organización la actividad científica, de investigación y socialización de los resultados científicos en el campo de las ciencias pedagógicas y de la educación. El CECIP ha ofrecido, y ofrece, respuestas a numerosas necesidades sentidas y reclamadas por las autoridades institucionales o a las nacidas de los intereses de docentes investigadores que, en diferentes momentos, han formado parte de su claustro. La investigación y formación profesional en este campo de la ciencia ha sido una de las principales directrices de la actividad del CECIP, no la única, tal y como queda corroborado en estas páginas, dado que su propósito es dar a conocer y valorar la actividad investigativa del Centro de Estudios de Ciencias Pedagógicas, sus aportes al conocimiento y a la formación académica de los profesionales.

    The Training Center of Pedagogical Sciences of the University of Pedagogical Sciences "Felix Varela" of Villa Clara (CECIP) began its professional activities from year 1988 in accordance with the Rectoral Resolution that therefore established it. Since then it receives greater push and organization the scientific activity, of investigation and socialization of the scientific results in the field of pedagogical sciences and the education. The CECIP has offered, and offers, answers to numerous necessities felt and demanded by the institutional authorities or to the been born ones of the interests of educational investigators who, at different moments, have comprised of it. The investigation and professional formation in this field of science have been one of the main directives of the activity of the CECIP, not only it, so and as it is corroborated in these pages, since its intention is to give to know and to value the research activity of the training center of Pedagogical Sciences, its contributions to the knowledge and the academic formation of the professionals.
