Resumen de Necesidad de actualización del profesorado en Educación Primaria Intercultural

  OBJETIVO: presentar el análisis que se realizó sobre como el pensum del Profesorado de Educación Primaria Intercultural (FID), responde a las necesidades de la formación docente en la educación superior. MÉTODO: el estudio se realizó con un enfoque cualitativo de alcance descriptivo y diseño fenomenológico, la población del estudio estuvo conformada por los catedráticos que han impartido los cursos durante 7 años. La muestra se conformó con 6 docentes que han laborado en el programa. La muestra fue intencionada no pirobalística. Se utilizó la técnica de entrevista. Se utilizó como instrumento el cuestionario. RESULTADOS: el principal resultado de esta investigación fue que los docentes como expertos manifestaron la necesidad de considerar cambios en la malla curricular en el orden de los cursos para fortalecer el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje de los estudiantes. Por otro lado, los docentes manifestaron lo importante de implementar otros cursos como desarrollo psicológico del niño, métodos de investigación, habilidades de lectura y redacción. CONCLUSIÓN: se evidenció la necesidad de revisar el currículo para darle lógica de orden académico que mejorara la formación de los estudiantes en la educación superior, por lo que es importante realizar un análisis al pensum de estudios actual y tomar algunas consideraciones.

  OBJECTIVE: to present the analysis that was carried out on how the thinking of the Intercultural Primary Education Teacher (FID) responds to the needs of teacher training in higher education. METHOD: the study was carried out with a qualitative approach of descriptive scope and phenomenological design, the study population was made up of professors who have taught the courses for 7 years. The sample was made up of 6 teachers who have worked in the program. The sample was intentional non-pyro-ballistic. The interview technique was used. The questionnaire was used as an instrument. RESULTS: the main result of this research was that the teachers as experts expressed the need to consider changes in the curricular mesh in the order of the courses to strengthen the teaching-learning process of the students. On the other hand, the teachers expressed the importance of implementing other courses such as psychological development of the child, research methods, reading and writing skills. CONCLUSION: it was evidenced the need to review the curriculum to give it academic logic that would improve the training of students in higher education, so it is important to carry out an analysis of the current curriculum and take some considerations.
