Resumen de Los Efectos Negativos del Poder y la Teoría de Juegos

  Desde el enfoque funcionalista las relaciones de poder generan en ocasiones efectos negativos donde convergen y se afloran sentimientos de rechazo hacia el líder, cuando existen intereses contrapuestos. Desde un orden interpretativo y crítico se analizan los efectos negativos del poder, bajo la perspectiva de la teoría de juegos, en el marco de una investigación cualitativa de tipo documental. Se concluye que esta teoría es vista como un desafío para la formulación de modelos y técnicas de acción en situaciones de conflicto, debido a que estudia las estructuras estratégicas que gobiernan la toma racional de decisiones, bajo un contexto característico de interacciones sociales. De esta forma, se vislumbran los efectos negativos del poder, los cuales pueden ser descifrados, codificados y controlados. En síntesis, la formulación de la teoría de juegos sirve para legitimar los supuestos subyacentes desde un punto de vista científico, ya que aporta resultados cuantitativos de comparación y, al mismo tiempo, elude las decisiones que se puedan tomar desde una perspectiva meramente subjetiva.

  From the functionalist approach, power relations sometimes generate negative effects where feelings of rejection towards the leader converge and emerge, when there are conflicting interests. From an interpretative and critical order, the negative effects of power are analyzed, under the perspective of game theory, within the framework of a qualitative documentary research. It is concluded that this theory is seen as a challenge for the formulation of models and techniques of action in conflict situations, because it studies the strategic structures that govern rational decision-making, under a characteristic context of social interactions. In thisway, the negative effects of power are glimpsed, which can be deciphered, coded, and controlled. In its synthesis, the formulation of game theory serves to legitimize the underlying assumptions from a scientific point of view, since it provides quantitative results of comparison and, at the same time, avoids the decisions that can be made from a merely subjectiveperspective.
